Who can join the KU Reunion?
Kathmandu Valley Campus and Kathmandu University Alumnis and their family are welcome to join the event.

What is the registration deadline?
Online registration for the reunion is open till August 20th, 2025. Please register by August 20th, 2025.

Where do I check-in when I arrive?
You will check-in at the welcome booth at the venue.

What are check-in hours?
Check-in will start from 1:30 PM onwards on August 30, 2025 until 5 PM. Please check the Schedule details for Day 1 & Day 2 above.

What is the cost and what does that include?
The cost is $135 per person for Alumni and Spouse, $100 per person for Non-Alumni Adults, $100 per person for Students, $55 per child for Children between the age of 10 and 18, and $20 per child for children between the age of 5 and 9. This includes dinner, 1 drink voucher, a professional photo, 1 t-shirt per alumni, musical program, DJ and entrance to Hawaiin Waters on Day2.
